I first got into appliance repair while working part-time in college. I discovered that I really enjoyed it—the troubleshooting, working with my hands, and the satisfaction of figuring out what's wrong and getting things working again. That experience eventually led my wife and me to start True Home.
We wanted to build a business centered on a few simple principles: honesty, quality work, and treating people and their homes with respect.
We take the time to understand what's going on with your appliance. We ask questions, explain what we find, and give you clear pricing before starting a repair. If we're unsure about something, we'll be upfront about it. We know that dealing with a broken appliance is inconvenient. Our goal is to make the repair process as straightforward as possible and help you make an informed decision about your appliance.
